In light of the acquisition of the Norwegian hydro platform SNPower, which develops hydro projects within GRP/REN, a VIE position is open in Oslo to support the hydro teams. To this end, as a Project Finance Analyst & Development, you will be responsible for structured financing and contributing to development and investment projects.


These missions will include:

-Preparation and monitoring of financial models related to projects (700 MUSD to 1.5 billion USD capex, 25-30 year concessions)

-Monitoring and assistance with project structuring (equity and debt)

-Assisting in interfaces and discussions with the lending pools for the projects under consideration, which may cover periods up to financial close.

-Preparing financial deliverables for various internal review and investment committees

-Contributing to the development of hydropower projects

-Contributing to the preparation of hydropower project development monitoring files and investment files.


Perfil do Candidato

Expected qualifications:

  • Master degree in Finance
     

Technical skills:

  • Work Approach: Proactive, eager to learn, highly motivated to develop expertise in hydropower project management
  • Ability to Adapt: Willingness to take on diverse tasks, from administrative duties to complex technical and managerial responsibilities

  

Computing skills:

  • Very good knowledge : Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other office tools
  • Programming skills is a plus


Languages:

  • English: level B2/C1
  • French: level B2
