Ever thought about unlocking your potential in an international, high performing energy company? Then, seize the opportunity to become a Student Assistant in our Health, Safety and Environmental team in TotalEnergies’ Esbjerg office!

Overall, you are responsible for managing and shaping your daily tasks. Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning. Moreover, you will be given a clear area of responsibility which to a certain extent will depend on your personality capabilities and your academic competences. Your tasks mainly involve supporting the data collection and management, with the opportunities to be involved in different tasks across the whole TEPDK Health, Safety, Sustainable and Environmental Management System, including but not limited to:
 
HSSE Management System Development:

• Support in partial development of HSSE procedures or other management system documents.
• Support in rolling out communication and socialization campaign about the new procedures.
• Support compilation and data extraction as input to presentation and preparation of presentations for HSSE management and HSSE performance reporting.
• Administrative support with project material and organization of workshops, audits, etc.
• Support in partially the development of permits required by deferments authorities (DEA, DWEA, etc.)

Communication Management:

• Support in meetings with leads and subject matter experts.
• Preparation of templates for principle leads to share updates to their plan.
• Prepare communications material to be share with the offshore sites.

 Your background:

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor/Master program.
• Preferably in an engineering or technical discipline, specifically Chemical Engineering, Environmental or Major Risks with at least 1,5 years of study left.
• You have knowledge of/skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Power Point, SAP and Excel.
• Knowledge in Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of Management Systems is a plus.
• Fluency in oral and written English plus able to speak and write Danish.
• Resident in/near Esbjerg.
