Atividades

As a Senior Payroll Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple business units, including Trading, E&P, and Renewables. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute semi-monthly and supplemental payrolls for multiple affiliates with precision and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update payroll and benefits master data, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
  • Oversee and coordinate garnishment processing in collaboration with service providers and payroll systems.
  • Stay current on payroll laws and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Support fiscal year-end payroll activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Partner with Benefits, Payroll Tax, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial postings and data integrity.
  • Provide audit support and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and report payroll discrepancies, ensuring clear documentation and resolution of issues.

 

Perfil do Candidato

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s degree or 10+ years of progressive payroll experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with UKG payroll systems.
  • CPP designation preferred.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with deep knowledge of payroll processes, including federal and state regulations.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both verbal and written—with a focus on customer service.
  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Critical thinking skills to assess and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
