Perfil do Candidato

  • +10 years of professional experience involving at least 5 years in a HSE managing position.
  • International H&S Qualification/Certificates, Environmental and Security training is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish H&S legislation and applicable environmental standards during construction stage
  • Precision and zero compromise/tolerance approach on HSE and technical excellence must be proven.
  • Proven autonomy and ability to manage high level workload and decision making is required as well as a team player.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to be part of several project teams at a time, commitment to ethics and values, punctual, mindful and competent in adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). French/other languages knowledge is a plus. Anyway, the candidate shall be used to work within international environment
  • Knowledge and ability to address basic Environmental management and Security protocols

Atividades

  • Monitoring and implementation of company´s H3SE policies, procedures and programs throughout all project stage
  • When required to elaborate H3SE procedures and templates in local language to integrate country specificities based on company guidelines.
  • Identify potential hazards & recommend solutions at all stages of projects, including design review and pre-construction
  • Assist Project Managers or departments to ensure compliance to all relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Review HSE Plans, Procedures, Method Statements, Risk assessments for the projects, & all Health, Safety & Environment related documentation to ensure compliance with Company and local requirements.
  • Implementation and maintenance of OHSAS 45001 and corporate Maestro management system
  • Conduct regular inspections/audits at projects during pre-construction, construction sites or O&M to make sure that the activities are performed as per the HSE plan and procedures.
  • Monitor implementation of environmental and social mitigation measures during construction and O&M phases.
  • Assist Project Managers to implement improvement & prohibition notice to contractors and set up recommendation & corrective action (including close out monitoring).
  • Conduct accidents & incidents investigations and follow up actions
  • Ensure proper HSE training of Company staff, organize HSE promotion events such as World Day for Safety & Environment., live saving checks, stop cards program, etc.
  • Make sure of the proper availability and working condition of safety equipment. Collect relevant information and report H3SE data.

Iberia is a key area within TotalEnergies to achieve this strategy, and the ambition is to establish a sizable UPP portfolio in Spain.

The Renewable Project Developer is responsible to develop renewable projects and will manage closely the execution of the assets in coordination with the Business Development and Operation and Asset Management department of TotalEnergies Renewables Iberica.
