Atividades

Service

  • Develop the Total wash concept (wash and roll over) and Car Wash concept. 
  • Create and update the wash activities tools.
  • Focus on chemicals consumption and Improve wash profitability.
  • Implementation of TOTAL Wash in DO network: Developing revenue sharing business model.
  • Adding new value-added wash services that should increase the turnover and margins.
  • Conduct monthly PnL review with very close monitoring of the sites and services profitability.
  • Defines the marketing policy for the WASH: Marketing Campaign, packages, POS advertising, prices, etc.
  • Follow the market and competitor wash activities closely and react in quick time.
  • Results to be shared through monthly business reviews with involved functions.
  • Implementation of new innovative techniques (Cards, Apps) 
  • Upgrade TQAC concepts: New services.
  • Training of staff in COCO stations
  • Testing the market for new competitors and new innovative techniques
  • Negotiating raw materials prices
  • Handling spare parts suppliers for TQAC, invoices, payments, etc.)
  • Handling AC recharge service in stations and expanding through the network.
  • Quality assurance for the wash service through the network through audits, and visits
  • On ground trainings, and presentation sessions for the Wash operators 

Space Rental

  • Driving revenue growth through adding major alliances partnership opportunities, new activities, and services (fast food restaurants, Car dealers, Service Centers, wash & lube bays, shops, tires, and other rental spaces.
  • Negotiating old contract renewals in accordance with new market rates.
  • Market scanning for new collaborations with partners tire, coffee, food business and ATMs.
  • Charged with making use of all available spaces across the network to boost NFM income.
  • Working with engineering and development team on the sites layout to ensure the best space optimization through adding proper co-locators serving the station and adding extra NFM income.
  • Responsible for market surveys in terms of square meters, demographics, etc. to ensure that the benchmark for each station, area, class is accomplished. 
  • Building strong business relations with the new players in the market to explore new business opportunities.
  • Ensuring the operational excellence of all partners.
  • Responsible for rental dues collection from all food, coffee tires, and banks 
  • Responsible for issuing electronic invoices for all partners.
  • Responsible for partners utilities invoicing, and collection.
  • Responsible for customers creations.
  • Responsible for contract drafting, amendments, and signage.
  • Responsible for partner allocation, utilities installations, and safety commitment.
  • Responsible for utilizing empty spaces inside the shop.

Other projects

  • Deployment of Car Glass concept in Egypt
  • Implementation of Total Wash factory.

Teamwork: 

  • Participate in the construction / updating of the SFS training program.
  • Build innovative offers by crossing offers.
  • Involve in the stations SFS segmentation and offering with Category managers.
  • Participate in cross-subsidiary meetings for each category (Benchmark, "best practices", development of new modules).
  • Play an interface role with the functional structures (Purchasing, HSEQ, HR)
  • Participate in the construction of the dealer challenges program.

  • Apply & implement the Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance and Integrity Policies and Program
  • Implement the required process of due diligence within my area of responsibility.

Perfil do Candidato

  • Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience related to Space Leasing & Reantal Managment. 
  • Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and/or special events.
  • Ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
  • Employee development and performance management skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements.
  • Ability for teamwork and to have a synthetical set of minds, to look for new innovative solutions and set priorities.
  • Ability to drive processes by influencing and engaging direct reports engaging both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the desired results.
  • Good background on station service and space rental Aspects is a plus.
