Perfil do Candidato

  • University Degree in Business/Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy markets and structured contracts, including PPAs and RECs.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Atividades

What You Will Do:

  • Monitor and analyze structured contracts related to renewable energy sources, including but not limited to Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs).
  • Modeling transactions (physical and financial) in the Book
  • Controlling transactions: Validating physical/financial operations related to renewable energy deals to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct daily PnL analysis and position monitoring for renewable energy structured contracts.
  • Maintain and building risk reporting/analytical tools: Producing detailed and accurate reports focused on Profit and Loss (PnL) and risk management.
  • Collaborate with traders and stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of renewable energy trading activities.
  • Coordinate with the Global Risk Control team to analyze market risk and implement risk management strategies for renewable energy trading activities.
  • Work closely with Front Office, Operations, Back Office, and Finance teams to optimize renewable energy trading operations and meet business objectives.
  • Manage stress effectively and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of other teams and stakeholders.
