Located at an industrial facility, this position provides continuity between the FPG team and the operating site contractors.
This position gives guidance to operating staff and makes decisions based on TotalEnergies’s company rules, FPG goals, previous experience and engineering knowledge.
The Flexible Power Generation On-Site Manager is charged with supporting the O&M Contractor in maintaining and improving site programs, culture, and systems by utilizing an understanding of the site needs and leveraging onsite human performance with industry technologies and practices.
The manager seeks strong working relationships with the Flexible Power Integration Team, on-site contractor, and other stakeholders with the goal of listening for improvement opportunities and empowering engagement and productivity.
The manager relentlessly seeks a high level of safety engagement, simplification of current processes, and value creation/rationalization.
