Context & Environment

  1. Deliver lubricants budget covering: Volume, GMVC, DSO, SALSA and Yalla Cash objectives.
  2. Foster close working relationship with Distributors using DMS methodology
  3. Actively engage POS to build demand for company products – improve product visibility in store & boost sales out.
  4. Develop company brands in the area through POS – improved visibility and access. 
  5. Reporting using CRM tools (visit reports/activities/prospects etc)   
  6. Provide feedback on key market & competitor activities.
  7. Actively promote company loyalty program usage (Yalla Cash) and track usage index – set regional promotions.
  8. Contribute towards marketing plan and roll out in the area.
  9. Activate POS convention / seminars in the area

Perfil do Candidato

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience (lubricants sales experience is preferable)
  • Candidate must be residents of either Minia or Assuit.
  • Effective sales, communication and analytical skills 
  • Customer centric mindset and solution driven
  • Strong key account management skills & ability to work remotely.
  • Responsiveness in treating the internal and external demands.
  • Energetic and success driven whilst having the ability to perform under pressure
