Develop a high level of ownership of the Group's golden rules by sharing the safety culture with his team and partners
Apply & implement the Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance and Integrity Policies and Program
Apply the entire ethical approach and TOTAL code of conduct values between the staff
Set strategic direction per segment and industry to deliver the results in line with the long-term plan and the ambitions of the company
Prepare monthly targets by sales segment, monitor individual and global channel performance
Monitor the sales activity (volume, margins and overdue payments)
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular sites visits and ensure that the customers receive the required service level of satisfaction
Negotiate and sign new profitable long-term contracts
Carry out a study for pricing in tenders compared to competition upon each tender and propose creative ideas to acquire the business
Set a clear pricing strategy for the market segments and follow up the implementation of this strategy
Focus on customer retention and improving overall customer satisfaction
Build profitable sales with current customers and demonstrate commitment to prospecting and new business development
Monitor all the competitors’ activities and take necessary actions and plan the strategies accordingly
Follow up on capex investments
Carry out monthly forecast report with highest possible accuracy
Develop cross selling with TOM-Card & Fuel Teams to reach comprehensive deals
Monitor the visit reports and the prospection plan of the team
Monitoring the sales team action plan, discussing the weekly progress
Organize training for staff ensuring maximal sales efficiency
Organize twice monthly meeting with his Team and a quarterly business review with his manager
Report highlights and results monthly to his manager
Follow up on SALSA reports and make sure all Sales team are using the tool and achieving monthly targets (prospection/new opportunities/visit reports)
Propose monthly trade promotion for the channel (focus on upgrading, specialties, slow movers)

Perfil do Candidato
University graduate {engineering}
Minimum 5 years of experience related to managerial and commercial duties
Minimum 4 years of experience in lubricants business
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business
Fluent In English
