With this role you will join one of the world’s major players in the global energy transition towards a greener future. The role is connected to the branch Marketing & Services, Nordic Hub, with colleagues across all 4 Nordic countries. With more than 15 different nationalities in the Nordic Hub you will be part of a true international atmosphere and work from our attractive office premises at Amerika Plads, Copenhagen O.

You will join an HR team that consists of the HR Manager, the HR Business Partner and you, and collaboration is key for delivering a committed employee journey. As our administrative anchor, you’ll play a pivotal role and enjoy high visibility across the organization.

About the Role

In the role of HR Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and reliable data while ensuring smooth, compliant HR processes across the Nordic region. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes with accuracy and care
• Maintaining reliable employee records and ensuring data quality
• Administering employment contracts, insurances, and pension schemes
• Supporting compensation processes, surveys, and internal reporting
• Ensuring GDPR compliance and adherence to company policies
• Acting as a super user for HR systems 
• Coordinating internal communications such as annual seminars and supporting HR programs

What We Value

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in a similar HR operations or administrative role
• Takes a structured, detail-oriented approach to work, driving quality and compliance by rigorously following procedures and applying data with precision
• Is comfortable with digital tools and eager to learn new systems
• Demonstrates strong integrity and handles confidential information responsibly
• Communicates clearly and works well both independently and as part of a team
• Shows genuine care for others
• Balance professionalism with empathy, ensuring that processes serve people as well as the business.

You must be fluent in English and either Danish or Swedish and if you are interested in digitalization, Co-pilot, Power BI this is a plus but not a requirement.
