Atividades

  • Works with HR representatives and employees across multiple sites. Leads weekly meetings with site HR to review STD and FMLA.
  • Participates in the design, development and implementation of new business objectives. Recommends improvements to strategy, processes and applications as necessary. Coordinates with, leads and supports all site HR teams to achieve desired results and provides expertise in areas of responsibility.
  • Performance Management: Serves as coach and counsel for supervisors on matters involving employee job performance, incident investigations, disciplinary actions, and working with legal as necessary.
  • Program Management: Lead and Point of Contact for all Substance Abuse/Drug Testing/Pre-Employment Activities, Parental Leave, STD, LTD, Accommodations, Fitness Subsidy, Relocation and Tuition Reimbursement for all TEPRI locations. Manages all Worker’s Comp and FMLA cases for Total Tower.
  • Policies: Responsible for maintenance and regulatory compliance of all TEPRI HR Policies managing content with frequent benchmarking to support improvement. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to all locations.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Keeps up to date on all legislation which impacts HR and oversees federal/state posting requirements at all TEPRI locations.
  • HRIS/Data Analytics: Manages multiple reporting functions, provides detailed data analysis, exit trend analysis, contractor reports & submits the annual SoGreat Survey. Create BI dashboards to generate and analyzes data.
  • Oversees maintenance of all TEPRI personnel files, I-9’s, etc. at TotalEnergies Tower. Oversees department digitization efforts.

Perfil do Candidato

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or a related field with 8+ years progressive HR

    experience.

  • PHR/SPHR, SHRM-PC/SHRM-SCP Certification preferred.

Skills:

  • SAP, HR4U and/or UKG experience, and good computer skills (particularly in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.
  • Must have a working knowledge of employment law and keep abreast of all current legislation.
  • Ability to lead by example, with good managerial, influencing and listening skills required. 
  • Logical problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, good organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple/changing priorities preferred. 
  • Strict confidentiality of information required.
