Join our TotalEnergies EP Tanzania subsidiary based in Dar-Es-Salaam!


EACOP is a major infrastructure project aimed at transporting crude oil from the oil fields of Uganda to the Tanzanian port of Tanga on the Indian Ocean for export.


As a Cost & Reporting Analyst & Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Coordination of Support Services 

  • You will need to establish and maintain positive working relationships with local partners and project staff (engineering, construction, and commissioning). 
  • You will be required to review, develop, and improve processes for effective and efficient service delivery throughout the project (in Tanzania and Uganda). 
  • You will play a crucial role in providing reliable information and coordinating weekly meetings with local partners.
  • You will ensure that local partners receive the necessary instructions and guidance to understand the deliverables required to provide services in accordance with contracts and specifications in accordance with the local regulation changes.


Management Control and Reporting Cost Control: 

  • You will need to verify the compliance of invoices and supporting documents to ensure that contract execution respects the allocated budgets, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
  • Provide Monthly and Annual Cost Tracking Reports: You will be responsible for developing detailed financial reports to track and analyze project expenses, ensuring complete transparency and accuracy. 
  • Produce, Review, and Technically Approve Documents Required for Audits: You will need to prepare the documents required for internal and external audits, ensuring their compliance with regulatory standards and contractual requirements.


Perfil do Candidato

Expected qualifications:

  • Master degree in Cost Control and Audit


Technical skills:

  • First experience in cost control, reporting is required
  • Experience in the project management highly appreciated


Computing skills:

  • Very good knowledge in Microsoft Suite (reporting) and Excel (data processing)
  • Knowledge of PowerBi (data base management) is a plus


Languages:

  • French: C1
  • English: C1
