Context & Environment

In this role, you will establish and manage contractual documents. You will prepare tenders, evaluate bids with internal stakeholders, negotiate with suppliers, and finalize contracts and purchase orders in compliance with company policies and TotalEnergies Global Procurement standards.


Atividades

  • Deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely contracts and purchase orders to Technical entities proactively.
  • Ensure the team applies both technical and commercial optimization in contract/procurement strategies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (asset, end users, finance, HSE, legal, TotalEnergies Global Procurement, affiliate management) on Contract & Procurement (C&P) matters.
  • Maintain accurate administration, timely filing, and document updates.
  • Assist in preparing and consolidating monthly local content reports for the government.

Perfil do Candidato

  • Master’s degree in procurement discipline or other equivalent. 
  • Intermediate level in purchasing + basic level in contract writing and negotiation. 
  • 0 – 5 years’ professional experience in purchasing and contracts, ideally in the Oil & Gas industry. 
  • Practical knowledge in the use of stock management and C&P tools (SAP, e-sourcing, ERPs) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Planning and problem-solving proven capacities, rigor, efficient human relationships, 
  • Result-oriented, ability to work under pressure with limited supervision
