This is a full-time, on-site position in Athens for a Lawyer. The role entails handling corporate matters, drafting and negotiating agreements, and interacting with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Handling and coordination of corporate matters (incorporation of companies, corporate housekeeping, shareholders / board of directors’ resolutions, delegations of authority, share transfers, shareholder loans, etc.) 
• Preparing, review and assistance in negotiations of corporate agreements and contracts relevant to the development, construction and operation of RES Projects  
• Legal research and legal analysis on corporate matters and relevant to the activity matters
• Interaction with internal and external stakeholders 
• Contribution and assistance in legal reporting 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• Master’s degree in the fields of Commercial Law or Energy Law would be considered as an asset  
• 5-7 years’ experience in corporate law field and in renewables sector 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language

• Member of the Athens Bar Association or one of the Bar Associations of Greece
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs 
• Self-motivated with strong teamwork capabilities

• Demonstrates perseverance, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills
