Context & Environment

  • Provide effective and close support to meet Communication & Innovation affiliates’ needs.
  • Motivate and encourage efficiently and creatively affiliates and TEMA staff, through the various programs and projects of the zone. 
  • Ensure affiliates follow the company’s guidelines and are up to date with the latest news.
  • Helps validate ATL/BTL campaigns & brand activations, complying with validation processes. 
  • Ensures AME’s compliance with the current brand graphic guidelines. 
  • Coordinates webinars, seminars, workshops, meetings with key stakeholders to follow up on action plans and implementation of ATL/BTL campaigns and internal communication. 
  • Promotes exchanges of best practices after follow-up meetings with affiliates for Marketing, Communication, and Innovation.
  • Animate communities and keep up to date key stakeholders: Communication, Innovation, and Customer Centricity. 
  • Contributes creatively to the success of key AME projects such as the annual Ambition Challenge Program and AME Regional Promotion.  
  • Support the preparation of regular key AME events/meetings such as RMDG meetings, Business seminars, Marketing/Communication workshop, Innovation Committee, etc. 
  • Is responsible for planning, content collection/selection and 1st validation of internal AME newsletter - using up to date tool - and of news/articles in WAT.
  • Support AME with marketing internal & external communication initiatives.
  • Carries out communication/marketing new members’ induction to the commercial and corporate communication guidelines, Company’s platforms and tools available. 
  • Maintains internal AME Directory updated in line with HR requirements.
  • Link between the advertising agency and the department for any communication request.
  • Support the process of the annual Marketing external communication plan for the zone.

Perfil do Candidato

  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, or Communication. 
  • Previous experience in communication and/or Marketing – 3 years minimum.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies, experience of advertising and promotions. 
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Experience with Office 365 tools, beyond Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Spanish and English fluent.  French desirable. 
  • Excellent team player, strong people skills, strong communication and public speaking skills. 
  • Copywriting and presentation skills and has a flair for synthesis. 
  • Experience with social media content.  
  • Able to work with people who have different cultures, profiles, and aptitudes.
  • Creativity, written and oral communication, copywriting, and copy-editing abilities.
