TotalEnergies EP Malaysia is looking for a Graduate Planning Engineer to support field operations through planning, reporting, and performance monitoring activities. This role offers hands‑on exposure to well monitoring, hydrocarbon allocation, and offshore operational support, providing a strong foundation for a career in upstream oil and gas operations.

Activiteiten

Your Impact

As a Graduate Planning Engineer, you will:

  • Support well monitoring and integrity management by maintaining accurate records, tracking anomalies, and contributing to well status reporting. 
  • Assist in hydrocarbon allocation processes, including data validation, material balance checks, and preparation of supporting documentation. 
  • Contribute to resolving metering and measurement discrepancies by gathering and analysing operational data. 
  • Support offshore operations by tracking daily activities, preparing reports, and coordinating with site teams to escalate issues. 
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and production sharing agreements. 
  • Participate in HSE initiatives, promoting safe operations and adherence to company safety policies. 

Profiel kandidaat

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to manage and interpret operational data. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. 
  • A detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and respond to operational priorities. 
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
