Affiliate is now entering the project execution phase and is now preparing for First Oil in 2025. A number of stages still need to take place to ensure the delivery of the project on time and to the right standard. The different departments  are responsible for the implementation of the affiliate Strategy and in particularly the execution of the Tilenga project.

The main role will be to provide additional support to the TEPU teams in the different departments in developing, implementing and coordinating the different activities/programs The Graduate trainee will also be required to work closely with various teams to gain on the job experience and acquire relevant employability skills that are crucial to the project and in the oil and gas sector. The Graduate trainee position is based in the Kampala office of TEPU. However, he or she may travel to the field where necessary during the execution of the work. The Graduate trainee reports to the Head of Department who may delegate his or her supervisory authority to another person but remains with overall accountability.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Planning & Development activities within the Business Development department. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Petroleum and Production, Finance, Economics, Electrical or any other related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organized, confident and Excellent Communication Skills
• Demonstrated Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Maximum 2 years post-graduation experience
