TotalEnergies is seeking qualified Financial Reporting Analysts to contribute to our team!

 

Qualifications / Experience required:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a Big 4 public accounting firm, preferably combined with working in the accounting function of a publicly traded company.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance. CPA certification strongly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS. Deep understanding of SOX environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar. Versatile with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Problem solver with a particular attention to detail and outstanding communications skills.

Activiteiten

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results for the US Companies in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP. Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results. Coordinate, review, and distribute recurring management reporting to top management and key stakeholders.
  • Provide technical accounting support to TotalEnergies and Subsidiaries. Prepare technical accounting memos when needed to support accounting treatment under IFRS.
  • Liaise with the external audit team for the management and coordination of the quarterly financial audit.
  • Complete Ad Hoc requests and participate in process improvement initiatives leading to continuous operational excellence.
