The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) is working closely with sales, customer service, MD and the credit team. His/her main task is to assist and overtake commercial and administrative responsibilities in order for the sales representative (SR) to dedicate as much time as possible for prospection of new customers. Once the SR signs a contract, CSR will take over most of the after sales and administrative tasks.
He/she is the main contact of the customers on the phone and thanks to his/her reactivity and knowledge of the product/service range, he/she contributes to the customer's satisfaction and the perennity of the customer's portfolio.
Your main activities will be:
Daily assistance to Sales representatives and Clients
-Creation and /or updating of contracts in Gescom/MyGescom, follow up and archiving of contracts
-Order of cards / OBU’s and other material, Renewal of cards in close collaboration with Credit manager (risk issue), Follow-up of manufacturing and delivery of new cards / OBU
Customers Relationship Management
-Creation and follow-up /up-date of customer's file & data on all relevant systems (GESCOM/MyGescom, SALSA, etc)
-Review regularly all existing customer's file: respect of the commercial conditions (rebates, terms of payment, guarantees) according to written and formal document signed by the customers and approved by management as per Delegation of Authority (DoA)
-Proactive Customer service by phone and web assistance
Customer's claim management
-Case management in SALSA and JIRA, follow-up the state of claim files in cooperation with Sales & HQ
Marketing activities
Assistance to the affiliate's director/secretary general in office operation at Hungarian hub
