Join our affiliate TotalEnergies E&P Angola in Luanda !

Within TotalEnergies E&P Angola, as part of the performance and planning team in the Maintenance Department (Block 17), you will play a key role in the digitalization and optimization of maintenance activities for a major industrial site (4 FPSOs). 

 

As Digital Maintenance & Performance Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and improving maintenance contract performance: Analyze KPIs of contracted companies, regular reporting via SAP and Power BI, propose corrective actions to improve equipment availability and reduce backlog.
  • Development and management of digital dashboards: Create and optimize dashboards for maintenance activity tracking, automate reporting, implement visualization tools to support decision-making.
  • Support for training and use of digital tools: Assist operational and inspection teams in using SAP (CMMS), provide training on digital tools, offer technical support and share best practices.
  • Proposing improvements and innovative solutions: Actively participate in process digitalization, identify optimization opportunities, contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with operations, inspection, procurement, stock management, and contracted maintenance companies to ensure overall department performance.


Key challenges: Maintain equipment availability, optimize maintenance processes, support the department’s digital transformation, and contribute to continuous performance improvement.

Profiel kandidaat

Expected qualifications:

  • Engineer with knowledge in maintenance


Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Understanding of maintenance and industrial engineering
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics, automation, electricity, and electronics
  • Curious and motivated to deepen knowledge of the oil industry in a major producing country
  • Creative, with a desire to propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency

 

IT Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence technologies and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)

 

Languages:

  • French: C1 level
  • English: C1 level
  • Portuguese would be an asset
