Join a team at the heart of performance management in a strategic affiliate

Are you passionate about data analysis, performance management, and continuous improvement? Would you like to work in an international environment where your analyses directly contribute to business decisions?

As part of TotalEnergies in Rio de Janeiro, you will join the Performance entity within the Technical Services Division, a recently established team whose ambition is to become a true performance hub for the affiliate. You will work closely with Performance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and Cost Control teams to improve visibility, efficiency, and value creation across the organization.

This assignment offers an excellent opportunity to develop a cross-functional understanding of the financial, operational, and organizational challenges faced by a major international company.

Your Main Responsibilities

Within a fast-evolving organization, you will actively contribute to performance monitoring and the continuous improvement of management processes.

  • Turn data into performance drivers: You will contribute to tracking key performance indicators, analyzing gaps between forecasts and actual results, and identifying factors impacting the affiliate's performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives: You will participate in the follow-up of Performance & Continuous Improvement (PCI) initiatives, helping assess their impact and measure the value generated.
  • Support decision-making: Through your analyses, you will help teams and managementidentifyrisks, understand trends, and defineappropriate actionplans.
  • Develop reporting tools: You will contribute to the creation and enhancement of dashboardsand visualization tools to make results more accessible and performance initiatives more visible.
  • Work in a cross-functionalenvironment: You will interact regularly with Supply Chain, Logistics, Cost Control, and Operations teams to collect information, monitor initiatives, and deliver value-added analyses.

Profiel kandidaat

Your Profile

Required

  • Master's degree (Finance, Controlling, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in working with data
  • Interest in performance management and continuous improvement
  • Advanced Excelskills
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
  • Intermediate French (minimum B2 level)

Assets

  • Initial experience in finance, controlling, performance management, or business analysis
  • Interest in supply chain or operational topics
  • Basic knowledge of Portuguese would be appreciated but is not mandatory
