Join our affiliate TotalEnergies EP UAE in Abu Dhabi !


You will hold the position of Financial Analyst within the Financial Control team of TotalEnergies E&P UAE. This position is mainly focused on the preparation and follow-up of the non-operated activity of the Affiliate (Reporting/Budget). 

The main tasks will be as follows :

  • To prepare the monthly reporting, the budget and forecasts (PDC) of 4 TotalEnergies E&P UAE entities in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with the Group standards ;
  • To perform variance analysis of Production & Prices, Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement ;
  • To contribute to the monthly Reporting Synthesis & KPI presentation prepared for the Top Management ;
  • To contribute to the preparation of the Affiliate annual budget presentation ;
  • To perform the quarterly reconciliation between accounting (CAP) and reporting (Galaxy) ;
  • To co-operate with Long-Term Plan team to ensure understanding of figures and accounting treatment ;
  • To attend workshops and Financial Committees of the Operating Companies as an observer ;
  • To perform, evidence and document all assigned SOX controls ;
  • To assist Accounting during external auditors quarterly/annual audit ;
  • To prepare any ad-hoc reporting or presentation to the Management or the Assets managers when necessary.


Profiel kandidaat

Expected qualifications:

  • MSc degree or Engineering degree in Finance

Technical skills:

  • Corporate finance (understanding balance sheet/ income statement/cash flow mechanics)
  • Basics of accounting/cost control
  • Analytical skills, rigor in processing figures and managing deadlines

Computing skills: 

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel and Powerpoint

Languages:

  • English: level C1
  • French: level B2/C1
