What we are looking for in you : -

 

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 

Activiteiten

A glimpse of what a normal day would look like includes: -

 

  • Engage with customers via phone and email
  • Processing of customer orders, credits and shipping documents
  • Freight coordination
  • Manage MOQ and backorder issues.
  • Maintain the CRM database.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and update various order processing portals and applications.
  • Provide necessary administrative support to Sales Team
