The Project Manager position is responsible for:

• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and Company Rules, Policies, Standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless depot and warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize depot and warehouse efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage budget allocations and financial reporting of all sites.
• Support audits and assessment preparation and actions.
• Manage project and maintenance to achieve operational excellence.

Purpose:

• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and Company Rules, Policies, Standards.
• Develop and implement the innovative solutions to address operational challenges.
• Ensure the logistics strategies and development are accomplished.
• Promote operational excellence.
• Ensure effectiveness of the budget allocations management.

• Qualification level required for the position : Bachelor’s or equivalent level
• Technical skills required for the position : Project management, Change management, Maintenance , CSA and MEP System technical
• Behavioral competencies required for the position : Team spirit, Problem solving, Communication & Coordination skill, Interpersonal skill - Growth mind-set, Big picture perspective, Seft-driven
• Language skills required for the position : Proficiency in Khmer and English
• Certification required for the position : Engineering
• Specific knowledge required for the position : HSE aspect, Civil work, Electrical System, Mechanical & Fire Fighting System, Plumbing System, Petroleum
• Level of experience required for the position : Minimum 5 years experiences in project management
