As DG group set out on developing DG solar PV projects across the region. O&M and Asset management is one of the key ingredients to meet this challenge. The position would be responsible to ensure O&M of Solar PV projects. The person will be responsible to ensure proper O&M practices are implemented to maximize the benefits to both Total and its customers.

Activities 

Responsibility: 

1. Responsible for O&M activities across the sites assigned. 

2. Identify and Manage O&M Contracts and Contractors. 

3. Schedule and carryout O&M activities – in coordination with O&M Contractors and Client representatives. 

4. Participate and lead discussions with Client, Contractor, Utility and associated stake holders as required to ensure proper completion of assigned activities. 

5. Ensure Total HSE standards are adhered to. 

Communication: 

1. Local Language communication – to be able to communicate with O&M Contractors, Customers, utility companies and their personnel. 

2. English communication – be able to send O&M reports to Regional office. 

Context and Environment 

The position is based in PH and is responsible for all the O&M of related activity of DG PV assets in PH. 

Accountabilities 

1. Plan and schedule O&M activities across Total Sites. 

2. Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards 

.3. Maintain O&M documentation. 

4. Track Plant KPI – and create measures to mitigate any short fall. 

5. Track O&M contractor performance and ensure performance KPIs are met. 

6. Update O&M reports and submit the same to Regional Office. 

7. Other tasks as assigned by reporting line manager 

8. Send period reports as requested. 

9. Travel as required to project and related locations. 

Qualification/Experience Required 

1. Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in engineering [Preferably Electrical]. 

2. More than 2 years of experience as a O&M engineer in a company dealing Solar PV. 

3. Very Good  English Communication Skills both Verbal and Written
