• Will be the key responsible for the day to day handling of all logistics-related activities relating to sales orders with the key objective of "speedy service to sales meeting / exceeding the agreed service levels".

ACTIVITIES

• SAP data entry of inbound & outbound export warehouse.
• Prepare delivery orders for all export containers and communicate to customer service as well as freight forwarders.
• Coordinates with plant logistics & assists export logistics executive on primary movements and truck turnaround.
• Customs documentation for JAFZA gate customs for all exports by road.
• Raise delivery notes for all direct shipments to a third country.
• Keep track of all damaged goods returned to all locations and conclude with SAP entry.
• Coordinate with Lab and provide COA of product loaded for all export to respective customer service.
• Monthly consolidation of reports on export loading.
• Close coordination with 3PL warehouse and transportation on scheduled loading.
• Ensure all orders are credit released before executing export orders.
• Generate inter-company purchase orders in SAP periodically and as and when required.
• Coordinate and prepare the document for product movement from the local warehouse to the export warehouse.
• FIFO to be maintained in stock movements.

QHSE Objectives & Assignments:

• Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
• Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals.
• Implement the corrective and preventive actions defined following any accidents and incidents.
• Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons
• Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
• Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
• Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate’s HSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
• Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities.
• Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position’s roles and responsibilities.
• To comply with TEMME Safe Work Permit program (as per the PTW roles and responsibility assignment; process owner/ permit applicant/ issuing authority and approval authority).
• Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons

• Ensure full adherence to the company’s compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.
• Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to attention.
