APPRENTICESHIP CONTRACT

In the role of Junior Contract Engineer, you will assist the Contracts & Procurement team while gaining exposure to industry-leading procurement practices and tools in the Oil & Gas industry. This position offers structured training on standard contracts along with practical experience in tendering process, negotiation and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating supplier lists and call for tender dossiers.
• Support tendering activities: pre-qualification of bidders, drafting invitations to bid, and collecting documentation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers in bid analysis, negotiation, and award recommendations.
• Help ensure compliance with company standards, HSE requirements, and applicable legislation.
• Participate in reporting activities and maintain contract and supplier databases.
• Contribute to market studies and category local strategies.
• Join periodic site visits in Basilicata to support contract activities and gain field experience.

• Recent graduate in Management Engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in contracts, procurement, and Oil & Gas industry.
• Previous experience in procurement is preferred.
• Good organizational and analytical skills; abilityto learn quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
