The TotalEnergies Ratawi Hub Affiliate is tagged as a digital affiliate that will focus on early deployment of digital technologies matured in the TotalEnergies portfolio and will be proactive to test new digital solutions as an Affiliate pilot. 

• Work under the direct supervision of the Geosciences Data Manager. 
• Work with Geoscientists concerning data Quality Control (QC), data loading, and to maintain Project Studies databases updated for all Interpretation projects. 
• Commitment in case of unforeseen workload. 
• Respect Corporate Data Management rules – Confidentiality, Preservation and Security of data. 
• Relations with OneTech (OT) Headquarter (HQ) entity. 

ACTIVITIES:

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE):

•  Respect and promote the TotalEnergies group H3SE rules and culture, with a special focus on seismic acquisition and shallow hazard for well drilling. Ensure the adequate level of training for him and his team. 
• Participate in follow-up of the 3D seismic supervised by the 3D integrated team supervision on site. 
• To define, implement and follow-up all necessary studies related to Geophysics matters, studies in HQ and/or in TotalEnergies Ratawi Hub. 
• Execute geophysical studies (Petro-elastic model, interpretation seismic, processing data, etc.) in close collaboration with 2G(Geology& Geophysics) Subsurface operation and Reservoir.
• Execute and supervise geophysical operations in close collaboration with contractor. 
• To ensure appropriate geophysical integration to the development of Ratawi project and near-by and upsides, as well as for well delivery.
• To ensure quality, timely delivery and confidentiality of all the Geophysics related documentation produced (whatever its support).
• To define and follow implementation of Information Technologies (IT) and Geoscience and Geo information needs concerning geophysical data. 
• Plan and ensure specialty and synthesis of the new data acquired throughout the drlling campaign phase 1 and 2.
• Contract owner for geophysical data acquisitions and operations.
• Participate with internal entities the preparation of all required reporting and information to authorities or partners.
• Facilitate technical relationships and sharing experiences with other operators .

Bachelors degree in  Engineering. Minimum 5 years’ years industry experience with strong experience in seismic interpretation, geophysical acquisition in wells and geophysical and 2G simulations. Extensive knowledge of Geology and Reservoir. Carbonate, mixt sandstones reservoirs and heavy oil experience. Ability in developing good relationships within the internal departments of TotalEnergies Ratawi Hub, Projects teams, partners and authorities. Ability to understand, explain and present complex technical material to both technical and non-technical audiences in a persuasive and convincing manner.

 Soft skills:  Project mindset, anticipation and agility to adapt to workstreams, ability to listen, coordinate and facilitate, proactive behavior and resilience. Team player and ability of transverse management; capability to work in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural team. Good knowledge of English language (speaking and writing).
