Are you looking for new challenges? Join the Corporate Sales and Marketing Department at TotalEnergies Marketing Côte d'Ivoire and become its Network and B2B Order Manager (M/F).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Supporting account managers and B2B clients from the moment their orders are placed through to actual delivery, in accordance with their commercial terms. 

Supervising, reporting on and processing orders from account managers (fuel, provincial LPG) and B2B clients (fuel and bitumen)

- Organising and ensuring the smooth running of daily meetings to monitor Network and B2B orders

- Ensuring the distribution of various daily reports 

- Producing weekly and monthly reports on the Order Department’s activities for senior management 

- Collaborating with the sales, logistics and production teams to guarantee product availability and adherence to delivery deadlines

- Monitor and analyse the time taken for order validation, release and processing through to delivery   

- Ensure the monitoring of Network and B to B fixed assets, in addition to producing weekly and monthly reports

- Collect and process 100% of orders from account managers (Fuel, Gas B6-B12) and B to B customers   

- Contribute to the ‘zero stock-out’ target for account managers (fuel, gas) and construction sector clients

- Monitor orders in SAP through to actual delivery / Justify release forms to the credit control department

Process customer complaints

- Justify release forms to the credit control department

- Handle complaints from B2B customers and account managers regarding orders (fuel, gas, bitumen)

- Help improve the timeliness of customer invoice processing by following up on purchase orders

- Systematically inform customers in the event of delivery delays (a phone call followed by an email or text message)

- Carry out a daily review of re-routing within your area of responsibility, draft adjustment memos and ensure they are implemented

Customer support

- Communicate effectively with construction sector managers and clients on all matters relating to their orders, including the geolocation of delivery lorries, in the event of stock shortages or delivery delays

- Assist construction sector managers and clients with the use of ordering tools (E-fuel, ATOO, etc.)

Compliance with HSE rules

Play an active role in developing a safety culture. Actively improve HSE performance

Profiel kandidaat

You have completed approximately two to three years of higher education in logistics, business or an equivalent field, and have successfully completed your first year of professional experience in a sales role. 

Good command of IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP) and a customer-focused approach

Attention to detail, the ability to work independently, analytical and summarising skills, a team-oriented approach, dynamism, and strong communication and negotiation skills are the qualities you’ll need to succeed in this role.
