Join the structured finance team at TotalEnergies Renewables!

Activiteiten

In this context of ambitious growth, we are looking for a Structured Finance Analyst F/M. 

You will be assigned to new opportunities coming to the Structured Finance team, technology agnostic (Utility Power plant (solar and onshore wind or even hydro), Offshore Wind projects, Distributed Generation).

The Structured Finance Team is in charge of:

- The definition of the financing strategy for TotalEnergies Renewables Projects

- The raising of non-recourse debt financing to fund the developments of projects

- The development and the maintenance of modeling tools for renewable projects from the origination of the opportunity until the final investment decision

- The active contribution to the early positioning, marketing, and bid submission for renewable tenders

- Assistance and guidance of the Business Development teams on funding strategies (equity and debt)

The activity and responsibilities of a Structured Financial Analyst consists in:

- Building and maintaining financial models of renewable projects to assess their economic profitability

- Preparing internal committee presentations (financial statements, economic results, sensitivities...) for decision-making by senior committee members

- Assisting the team in preparing marketing presentations for potential financing & equity partners

- Assisting the team in the debt raising process (from the early identification of debt providers for the project to the structuring and the implementation of the financing solutions)

- Preparing and maintaining contact lists of banks and investor and comparative tables of financing offers

- Maintaining data rooms for projects, assisting with all other project financing tasks (due diligence, bank documentation...)

- Issuing and monitoring bank guarantees

Profiel kandidaat

- Graduated from a business or engineering school (Bac+5), majoring in Finance or Economics

- First experience in financial modeling and/or renewable energy project financing

- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills. Deep understanding and comfort with cash flows, IRR, NPV calculations

- Good interpersonal skills: ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing in English

- Capable of advancing multiple work streams simultaneously

- Curious, autonomous, and enthusiastic
