Contexte et environnement

External: Operating in a highly competitive market with a relatively small market share (around 6%). Close watch on the latest formulations and aggressive approach of major multinational competitors.

Internal: High number of internal customers requiring quick and timely technical advice. Extensive exploitation of interpersonal and networking skills to build close professional relationships with various stakeholders, especially with APMO and HO.

Activités

  • Marketing:
    • Communicate towards customers and external stakeholders using available communication tools (including social media) to contribute to the positive image and increase brand awareness of our products in the KSA market.
    • Develop and strengthen customer loyalty through conceptualization, development, implementation, and execution of promotions both digital and on-ground (online to offline projects).
    • Implement, develop, and support all advertising, publicity, promotional, and sales-stimulating activities.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for necessary validation and approvals of relevant press releases and external communication.
    • Propose, develop, and strengthen the presence of TotalEnergies’ relevant products in e-commerce by showcasing the company’s available product line in relevant digital sites.
  • Technical Support:
    • Answer product and technical inquiries from the sales team and customers.
    • Provide product solutions and proposals to internal colleagues and external customers.
    • Provide technical training for the sales team and customers.
    • Collect competitor and latest product specifications to enhance our own products’ performance.
    • Help customers solve technical problems on the field.
    • Carry out lubrication chart and audit inspections.
    • Prepare technical offers for tenders.
    • Develop, update, manage, control, and safeguard formulations, specifications, and other related technical information.
    • Liaise with TotalEnergies AP, additive suppliers, third-party processors, blending plants, and toll blending customers.
    • Ensure proper and timely completion of lube equipment installations at customer premises.

Profil du candidat

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial), or any equivalent.

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in commerce, marketing, or the lubricants industry/technical support.

Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic languages. French is a plus. Leadership, planning and organizing, market orientation, customer orientation, strategic vision, teamwork, excellent communication, adaptability, creativity, innovation, good knowledge of lubricants and lubrication technology and applications, good presentation skills, highly self-motivated, and results oriented.
