International Consideration

• Review and analyze IFRS consolidated and subsidiary federal and state tax returns for all affiliates.

• Reconcile and analyze permanent and temporary differences with the objective of minimizing the cash and earnings effect of the tax cost.
• Manage and review data received from affiliates for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage external service providers to ensure associated deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Manage extension and estimated payment calculations and coordinating with affiliates on payments.
• Manage the preparation and review of partnership tax returns, including tax equity partnerships.
• Review and coordinate with external tax matters partners on K-1 and partnership return review.
• Manage federal and state income tax notices and coordinates with taxing authorities.
• Provides support for IFRS consolidated and subsidiary tax provision for financial reporting purposes.
• Works on special projects as needed to improve the overall tax return processes.
• Prepares memorandums for internal files supporting significant return positions and transactions.
• Adhere to and support the TEAS Policies and Directives for health, safety and security and strive for continuous improvement in these areas at the workplace.

Education/Experience:

• BS/BBA in Accounting or Finance, Master’s Degree in Taxation and CPA is preferred.
• 10+ years of corporate tax experience in a CPA firm and/or major corporation.
• Experience with partnership taxation.
• Experience with ASC 740.

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office and tax related software such as CorpTax.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Robust federal and state compliance knowledge, and strong research skills.
