We are on the hunt for an experienced Logistics HSSE Coordinator to drive Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) excellence across our logistics operations.

 

Based in Labuan, you’ll be at the centre of it all—from marine and aviation to warehousing and land transport—ensuring our operations are safe, compliant, and efficient while delivering the highest standards in health, safety, and environmental performance.

Activités

What You Will Be Doing: 

 

  • Lead and support HSSE initiatives across all logistics operations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and walkabouts at marine vessels, heli base, warehouse, yard, and jetty.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company HSSE requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate workplace hazards and unsafe practices.
  • Liaise with contractors, regulators, and internal teams on HSSE matters.
  • Coordinate and report on HSSE performance metrics.
  • Organize HSSE campaigns, training, and emergency response drills.
  • Serve as secretary for the monthly Worksite Logistics HSSE Committee.

Profil du candidat

What We Are Looking For:

 

  • Qualification in Engineering, Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, or Security-related disciplines. 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry
  • Strong grasp of HSSE regulations and best practices.
  • Experience in logistics environments (supply base, marine, aviation, warehousing, land transport).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
