1 FPSO (Lease + Operate) and associated Subsea Production System (2024 = 3 Production + 4 Injection wells tied by flexibles to the FPSO)

The employee shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, bearing in mind to preserve the environment and resources by contributing to improve our energy efficiency and decarbonization of Company’s assets and reputation.
HSE:
Implement and reinforce the HSE policy of the affiliate and ensure that the affiliate HSE objectives are achieved
Ensure technical means and associated operational guidelines are in place to respect commitment for any reject to sea and gas flaring
Ensure safety and environmental protection regulations and instructions are part of the basis for technical studies
Apply Company rules related to the safety of wells and coordinate with Subsea the preparation and follow-up of all well related derogation/waiver
Ensure DGS and audits cards issued with actions related to his Discipline are treated with adequate priority
Ensure GHGs are minimized during well operations and energy efficiency is optimized.

Well performance & Flow Assurance:
Wells and subsea surveillance
Monitor wells parameters in a short- and long-term basis. Ensure close monitoring of wells flow diagnostics and propose corrective actions
Liaise with metering engineer when anomalies are detected
Support the implementation of digital and automated solutions for operations monitoring improvement
Monitor the execution of well testing
Model and understand wells behaviour
Ensure to have a clear and accessible fluids properties data base updated to support FA studies
Ensure the quality of Well modelling (PROSPER, GAP, etc) by validating hypothesis per well with field data history
Assist site on daily operations by giving guidelines and revising operating procedures to make sure it is optimized
Prepare the start-up of new wells or tie-back and update associated documentation.
Keep Well Operating guidelines updated (guidelines to well testing, cleaning operations, Flow assurance parameters to be follow-up, preservation)
Recommend solutions & define flow assurance requirements for medium to long term production optimization
Ensure flow assurance inputs for studies are updated in accordance with latest documentation
Contribute to projects related studies by providing necessary inputs for studies and supporting operations related decision
Be acquainted of well performance & Flow assurance company referential documentation
Support the update of wells & flow assurance documentation
Facilities Integrity:
Contribute to the FO annual work program (Production, testing, Shut-downs, etc)
Support Integrity management with wells and flow assurance data
Budget:
Contribute to the preparation of operations OPEX budgets (IB and PDC’s) by defining with GSR and Mass Balance the yearly production
Propose actions leading to operating cost (OPEX) reduction
Management System & Interfaces:
Contribute to the sustainability of the Field Operation Management System (FOMS)
Contribute to the elaboration of the annual field operation objectives in terms of HSE, production & budget
Coordinate with GSR the optimisation of the well throughput to maximise production
Human Resources:
Contribute to the diffusion of wells knowledge between entities (FOPS onshore and offshore, GSR, etc..)
As part of team work:
Local Content: Promote nationalisation of identified positions, as defined by Affiliate’s policy
H3SE: Incorporate the respect of HSE policies & procedures on operating instructions and engineering studies
Production: Provide site with adequate support (Flow assurance & Well Performance) to respect the targets & objectives
Work Program: Contribute to its development & implementation, to ensure optimized impact on safety, production & costs
Interface: Coordinate with Site Contractor personnel and company onshore coordinator to ensure continuity of field operations activities. Communicate with HQ specialists (FA & well performance).
Cost: Lead and control the forecast and realization of budget to optimize OPEX and to achieve cost efficiency and effectiveness
Empowerment: Control site implementation of human resources management & development programs to ensure continuation of people development and to maintain the organization's effectivenessRequired qualifications and experience:
Education: Reservoir Engineering or equivalent
Professional experience: Graduated in petroleum, chemical or mechanical engineering. Minimum 5 years in the oil & gas industry.
Offshore experience: Site Technical Support or Site Technologist experience highly recommended
Technical skills: Safety of persons, environment, and facilities (Safety Engineering & Well Integrity), Production, oil and gas processes, Treatment; well start-up, activation & intervention, Well Performance; metering; Flow assurance; Reservoir engineering (basics)
Behaviour Skills: Analytical profile, troubleshooting, openness, team spirit, multiculturalism, boldness & client satisfaction
Language skills: English – Bright 3 or equivalent. Portuguese fluent.
