Contexte et environnement

TEMCA is a 18-year-old affiliate producing and distributing lubricant products under the TotalEnergies brand across the country. The customer portfolio is mainly composed of Buying Group, OEMs, direct sales and distributors.

The market is highly competitive and a multitude of macro-distributors organizing themselves with increasingly important structures.

Activités

Responsible for the follow-up and development of the lubricants business in the B2B2C segment mainly composed of Buying Group and OEM dealers:


  • Respects the rules of road safety and ethics defined by the company
  • Leads marketing, sales follow-up and training actions for all the automotive after-sales actors in his/her sector
  • Applies the sales and marketing policy defined by the managers of the various accounts
  • Ensures a targeted prospecting approach to develop his/her sector
  • With the Key Accounts that are attached to him: coordinates and develops the sale of lubricants in conjunction with the other Customer Development Managers
  • Ensures the traceability of the commercial relationship in SALSA (Salesforce tool): contacts, reports of visits, opportunities, ...
  • Ensures that orders are taken either directly, via dedicated tools, or by customers
  • Ensures the collection and intervenes with customers to accelerate payments and resolve disputes
  • Builds customer loyalty with regular visits and adapted services
  • Informs the Commercial Department of market developments and contributes to competitive intelligence
  • Participates in meetings, events and activities organized by the manufacturer partners, agent groups, buying groups, etc.
  • Works in tandem with his/her Customer Service Advisor


Profil du candidat

  • University degree in commerce, other or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of proven commercial experience
