As a Junior Services Buyer (M/F), you will support the Seismic Procurement Category, specifically the Site Surveys segment, within TotalEnergies Global Procurement (TGP).

The Site Surveys activities include all preliminary engineering studies and analyses required to design our industrial projects, both offshore and onshore. These services are essential for our new renewable energy projects as well as our exploration and production projects worldwide. Due to the growing demand in renewable energy, this activity has significantly increased, and we are now looking for a professionalization contract to support the team.

As a Services Buyer (M/F), your responsibilities will include:

Support to the Segment Leader, particularly on the following aspects:

• Monitoring of segment activity (Trackers, Workflow Desktop Studies, Spend, Contracts…)
• Organization and archiving of various segment data (internal and supplier presentations; contracts; market information…)
• Supplier panel (mapping and follow-up)
• Benchmarking

Procurement Operations:

• Preparation of tender strategies
• Preparation, launch, and management of tenders
• Contractual and commercial negotiations
• Coordination of interfaces with requesters/duets/external procurement teams
• Cross-functional assignments for the category/division
• Tasks:
  • Updating existing tools and KPIs and/or improving or developing new ones
  • Organization and preparation of meetings (Suppliers Strategic Review Meeting…)
  • Preparation (and possibly presentation) of PowerPoint presentations
  • Contract analysis

During your procurement studies, you developed a solid understanding of service purchasing processes, as well as contractual and commercial negotiation techniques. Ideally, you also gained initial experience in an industrial environment.

Are you comfortable with office tools and familiar with the Microsoft Office suite? You will be using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in particular. You are autonomous in using digital tools such as databases, Excel, Power Apps, Power BI, and artificial intelligence solutions.

Are autonomy, attention to detail, and team spirit among your key strengths? You have honed your interpersonal skills in multicultural environments and are confident in communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong writing skills and professional fluency in French are essential for success in this role.

We offer a 12-month full-time professionalization contract (100% in-company), including a training component (technical, language, digital tools, etc.). These training sessions are delivered internally by providers selected by TotalEnergies.

This contract will allow you to gain one year of professional experience while being trained in the specificities of your role and the company’s activities — a real asset to boost your employability!
