Actividades
HSE Activities:
Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient station operations by applying safety standards, inspecting and maintaining equipment, monitoring personnel conditions, and promptly reporting any incidents.
Station Activities:
Oversee the overall management and daily operations of the station
Monitor and control fuel, lubricant, PEA, and shop stock levels, including regular inventories
Ensure compliance with operational, HSEQ, and sales procedures, including fuel reception and sales tracking
Manage financial activities, including sales reporting, petty cash, and payment handling
Lead and support staff by motivating teams, resolving conflicts, ensuring presence on site, and reporting incidents to management
Boutique/Kiosk Activities:
Manage boutique/kiosk inventory and procurement, including quarterly stock checks, order follow‑up, and invoice verification
Deliver an excellent customer experience by ensuring high service quality and operational accuracy
Perfil del candidato
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business administration, Management, or equivalent
Masters degree is a plus
Strong business development mindset
Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills
Proven negotiation and interpersonal abilities
Good command of Arabic, French, and/or English
Solid Knowledge in Microsoft Office
Minimum 6 years of experience in retail, industrial, or plant environments is an asset with a minimum of 2 years of experience in team leadership role ( experience in petroleum field is a plus )
