With the Volatility of fuel margins due to deregulation, development of Alternate Profits  through Non Fuel Revenue generation is 

indepensable for the survival of TEMG PLC and profitabilty to the Network. Professionalism and application of all SFS tools is therefore key

 to success to the Company’s overall performance.

 

Food hygiene-related issues and hazards must be incorporated into the marketing and sales mindset when food products are produced and sold. Because legislation is constantly changing, hazards must be flawlessly identified and assessed.

 

Ingraining an effective marketing approach that complies with food safety requirements is crucial to the TEMG PLC brand’s reputation, as is perfect operational methodology applied by on-site staff.

Actividades

HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS (HACCP)

  • Implement and monitor hygiene controls, hygiene practices and hygiene checks periodically and report deviation.
  • Periodically train station staff on food safety
  • Work with the customer service team to keep close control over complaints (customer feedback, hygiene complaints, expired products encountered by customers).
  • 100% Internal & External Audits
SHOP MANAGEMENT 
  • Develop action plan to improve sales for ALL shops to achieve income target for TEMG PLC and also turnover target for the Dealer.
  • Develop promotional calendar with approved suppliers to animate the shop to maximize Turnover/income
  • Conduct on-site training for Dealers and attendants on best practises to improve turnover (Merchandising, use of EPOS)
  • Effective field presence (minimum of 12 visits for shops in the city (monthly),  2 or 3 Shop visits for outstation shops) 
SHOP PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
  • Conduct monthly Profit & Loss Analysis  to ascertain the sales performance  and also profitability of the shops
  • Review and establish margin benchmarks(30%) for all shops in assigned area to fence competition.
  • Evaluate and  analyse the reports generated from the EPOS, draw up action plans to improve Turnover and profitability of all  shops assigned
  • Monthly review of sales reports(NFR) and advise Dealers on best practices to adopt to improve the profitability of the shop business
  • Analyse shop sales trend to ensure optimum stock holding for the shops are respected
MERCHANDISING & PLANOGRAM DEVELOPMENT
  • Analyse the turnover contribution of various categories to determine merchandising
  • Merchandise per category to improve turnover and advise on the best product range for all assigned shops
  • Develop Planograms for all assigned shops & ensure conformity of the Mobility Concept

Perfil del candidato

  • A degree holder preferably in Economics, Finance & Accounting and Marketing or its equivalent.
  • Possess proven management skills, good interpersonal relationship and analytical skills.
  • Computer knowledge and effective communication skills.
  • Possess good interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to drive over long distance.
