TotalEnergies Global Services Bucharest is the Shared Service Center in Romania within TotalEnergies. We are delivering services for 4 main accounting processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Financial Statements and Cash Management) to TotalEnergies affiliates across 4 business lines (Exploration & Production, Refining & Chemicals, Marketing & Services, and Renewables) in more than 50 countries spread over Europe and Africa, as well as offering integrated global IT services.

Actividades

 

  • Prepare and deliver statutory and consolidated financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and notes
  • Perform complex accounting and financial analyses, ensuring compliance with IFRS / local GAAP and group guidelines
  • Prepare and support tax-related calculations and disclosures (current and deferred tax) in coordination with tax teams
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
  • Liaise with business units, finance counterparts, auditors, and internal stakeholders to provide explanations and support
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and reporting standards
  • Support audits, reporting packages, and continuous process improvement and standardization initiatives
  • Prepare and review reporting packages submitted to group or corporate stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects, system upgrades, or transitions related to financial reporting and accounting activities

Perfil del candidato

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 7-10  years of experience in Finance and Accounting department
  • Professional certification is required  (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CECCAR) or progress toward certification
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Financial accounting, Statutory and/or consolidated financial reporting
  • Exposure to tax reporting and collaboration with tax teams is a strong advantage
  • Solid knowledge of Accounting standards (IFRS and/or local GAAP),Closing and reporting processes, Internal controls and audit environment
  • Experience within multinational companies or shared service centers is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially for non-standard or complex accounting cases
  • Solid PC skills: Technically Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office applications, Advanced Excel skills;
  • French proficiency is compulsory B2-C1
