Actividades

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Operational Oversight: Direct all warehouse activities, ensuring 100% accuracy in product receipt, systematic storage, and dispatched goods.
  •  ERP/SAP Integrity: Maintain real-time inventory precision for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods; ensure all system transactions mirror physical movements.
  • Quality Control: Execute strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols to guarantee product freshness and full batch traceability.
  • Inventory Auditing: Lead scheduled cycle counts and wall-to-wall physical inventories; investigate and reconcile any variances against the system.
  • Facility Excellence: Enforce "5S" or equivalent housekeeping standards to ensure a safe, audit-ready storage environment.
  • Asset Management: Monitor forklift utilization and uptime; trigger immediate maintenance workflows for any equipment malfunctions to prevent downtime.

Inbound & Outbound Logistics 

  • Oversee receipt of additives, packaging, and consumables ensuring proper documentation, labeling, and quality verification.
  • Plan and coordinate daily product dispatches in line with customer orders and production schedules.
  • Ensure timely and accurate loading/unloading of vehicles following QHSE procedures.
  • Monitor dispatch accuracy and documentation including delivery notes, invoices, and gate passes.
  •  Coordinate closely with production planning teams to ensure timely supply of additives and packaging materials using plant logistics resources.
  • Ensure continuous supply of materials and packaging to production lines to avoid downtime.
  • Coordinate with production planners and supervisors to align warehouse operations with production priorities.
  • Support line changeovers through timely material availability and packaging removal.
  • Adjust logistics operations dynamically in response to production or transport schedule changes.
  • Notify TMMEFZE of any expected product shortages based on weekly production schedules to prevent production delays.
  • Achieve defined productivity KPIs in alignment with QHSE and energy management objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for system and process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively, minimizing obsolete or slow-moving stock through coordination with production and relevant departments.
  • Foster strong collaboration with internal teams, including drivers, contractors, and production staff, to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
  • Manage inbound logistics, including safe offloading, storage, and accurate placement of packed additives in designated rack systems.
  • Oversee outbound logistics, ensuring on-time dispatches in compliance with QHSE and delivery requirements.

Team Supervision & Performance 

  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse operators, forklift drivers, and loaders across shifts.
  • Allocate manpower and resources efficiently to meet daily operational targets.
  • Conduct regular toolbox talks, safety briefings, and performance reviews.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSEE) standards.
  • Enforce use of PPE, safe material handling practices, and compliance with the company’s safety permit system.
  • Report and investigate any near misses, incidents, or unsafe conditions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize space utilization.
  • Drive digitalization and automation initiatives within the warehouse where applicable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics performance and cost efficiency.

HSSEQ and Compliance Objectives & Assignments: 

  • Ensure compliance of all HSEQ requirements as mentioned under Accountabilities.
  • Ensure full compliance with all HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Quality) policies and procedures as defined under key accountabilities.
  • Promptly report all near misses, incidents, hazards, and workplace injuries to the Line Manager, following company reporting standards and timelines.
  • Consistently uphold the Group’s QHSE policy and the affiliate’s QHSE & Energy management procedures.
  • Drive achievement and continuous improvement of all KPI and EnPI targets supporting company-wide QHSE and Energy objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing QHSE and Energy management training, ensuring personal competency and facilitating knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Lead or actively contribute to investigations and root-cause analyses of any incidents as assigned.
  • Adhere to the Group HSE Charter, MAESTRO standards, and affiliate HSEQ policies and procedures at all times. Exhibit professionalism, vigilance, and a proactive approach to HSE matters across all business activities.
  • Follow compliance protocols specific to your executive responsibilities.
  • Abide by the TMME Safe Work Permit program in alignment with your assigned duties.
  • Strictly enforce all QHSE requirements, exercising the authority to halt operations if safety is compromise.
  • Ensure that vehicles and drivers involved in import activities comply with PATROM requirements.
  • Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention.
  • Ensure full adherence to the company’s compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities. 

Logistics Process in Plant/in-bound: 

  • Ensure all quantity and quality requirements are met while satisfying the ultimate customers’ requirements in time as planned.
  • HSSEQ compliance & performance: Comply to HSSEQ performance indicators and measures
  • Be on top of the processes when it comes:
  • to team members handling several customs officials / government Agencies.
  • Huge Coordination with TELBU Department (Purchasing & Procurement, Production Planning) and TEMUAE Departments (esp. Finance, Logistics)
  • Coordination and Communication with Custom Agents, Freight Forwarders, Suppliers, Port, etc.
  • High dependence of Supply Chain for the reliability of the Lubricants and Grease production
  • Huge Impact on production out and costs (esp. Demurrage)
  • Will be the key responsibility to handle all import-related activities including but not limited to interacting with local authorities, and service providers.

Perfil del candidato

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Additional certifications in Warehouse Management

Technical Skills required

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Strong leadership and personnel management capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonnel and communication skills
  • Proficiency in excel, able to prepare the daily dispatch plan. Preferred SAP knowledge.

 Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of Loading/ Unloading process, HSSEQ management systems, lubricants and greases.

  • Must be proficient in the use of emergency equipment such as fire, spill & first aid equipment
  • Well versed with Customs Documentation/Clearance duty exemption process, port operations, transport fleet management, Inco Terms and Free zone regulations especially for Dangerous and “non-Dangerous” Goods Classifications

Language 

  • English, Level: Fluent

Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years qualification experience in Logistics, preferably in Lubricants or similar industry.
  • Solid understanding of logistics operations, MSDS, Hazardous goods & class related documentation, and fleet management practices.
  • Fundamental experience managing logistics within a plant or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) management systems.
