Within the various MBC departments (commercial, operations, back office, logistics, purchasing, etc.), you will join the team in charge of a strategic transformation program aimed at harmonizing the digital ecosystem, securing data and application referentials, accelerating process automation, and deploying a unified performance management framework based on Power BI KPIs across the entire scope.

Working closely with the project leaders, you will play a key role in structuring, executing, and monitoring the program’s activities. This VIE position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale operational transformation, interacting with business, IT, data, and digital teams in an international environment.

Main responsibilities:

1. Supporting the governance and steering of the A3 project
2. Mapping, reviewing, and rationalizing digital tools
3. Contributing to data governance and technical identity management
4. Supporting process automation initiatives
5. Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and performance management tools
6. Supporting change management and capability-building initiatives
