• The Operations department is composed by 6 departments: Supply (purchase and import of lubricant and fuels), Stocks (management of stock levels and gains/losses), Logistics (documentation for loading trucks, management of relations with storage depots), Transport (management  of road transport of lubricants and fuels), Consignment depots (B2B storage facilities managed by TotalEnergies Marketing Moçambique), Technical (in charge of maintenance and projects at our service stations).
• The Operations department performs the day-to-day operations for its internal customers: Network (B2C) and General Trade (B2B) and needs to comply with mandatory internal controls and Compliance.

HSE:

• Ensure and reinforce application of TotalEnergies’s HSEQ policy in all daily operations and activities 
• Enhance IGP in each SAMCOL terminal.
• Monitor the closure of HSE actions related to Operations Department
• Participate in the Improvement of Management of Change and Operational Readiness.
• Keep the safety Permit to work & LOTO habitation Matrix up to date.

Governance and Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with the Company Code of Conduct, rules and procedures in all aspects. 

Operations:

• Assist on the implementation of Operational Excellence
• Monitor the performance of the Department through defined KPI
• Assist on the documentation and procedures HSE Plan and Operations
• Ensure compliance with operations procedure – Gap analysis and actions plan monitoring
• Compilation of meeting reports and actions plan follow up
• Monitor Contracts Execution and operations commitments
• Manage documentation and registration for traceability and audits.
• Ensure review of Performance Standards.
• Participates in projects follow up for skills development.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Operations Directors.
