Develop Marketing & Communication Strategy toward target customers/product segments.
Develop and implement the annual marketing plan, including positioning and brand image, in coordination with commercial directions.
Design the digital strategy of the entity in close collaboration with local and regional teams.
Ensure the visual identity and brand standards are maintained.
Analyze market needs, expectations, and trends to identify development opportunities.
Monitor key performance indicators related to brand image, awareness, and customer satisfaction.
Manage, motivate, and supervise marketing teams in project development, implementation, and launch.
Measure and analyze the impact of actions, adjusting strategies based on results and market evolution.
Lead and optimize the loyalty program.
Manage crisis situations and oversee public relations.
Define, monitor, and optimize the overall marketing budget.
Perfil del candidato
Qualification level required for the position : Bachelor’s or equivalent level.
Technical skills required for the position: Digital Marketing and communication skill; organizational skills; creatives and demonstrate conviction and influence.
Behavioral competencies required for the position: Ability to work independently; ability to generate new ideas, team spirit; open-mindedness; listening skills; an interest in supporting teams and company and ability to work on several projects at the same time.
Language skills required for the position: Good command of English and Khmer writing and speaking.
Specific knowledge required for the position: Creative with knowledge of retail market in Cambodia Data Analysis.
Level of experience required for the position: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in similar, developing markets for mass B2C businesses.
