Driving license mandatory for this VIE mission

Join TotalEnergies EP Gabon as a VIE within the Human Resources and Communication Division. Reporting directly to the HR & Communication Division Manager and working closely with the Executive Committee (CODIR), you will play a key role in coordinating strategic projects and leading internal and external communications.

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate around 50 cross-functional projects aligned with the CODIR roadmap
• Support project managers in structuring and executing their initiatives
• Develop and implement innovative digital communication tools
• Analyze project KPIs and consolidate reporting from various departments
• Ensure the consistency and visibility of the subsidiary’s and the Company’s image
• Design and lead internal communication initiatives (intranet, newsletters, videos, events, etc.)
• Promote local initiatives to headquarters and on social media
• Manage media relations, institutional campaigns, and external events
• Cover onshore and offshore sites through photo/video content
• Support the HR Division Manager in daily operations

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business or Communication
• First experience in an agency or with an advertiser is preferred

Technical skills:

• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Skills in photography, video shooting, and editing

Languages:

• English: B2 level
• French: C1/C2 level
