As a Business Analyst, you will be expected to : 
  • Support in the strategic growth of the renewable energy department ;
  • Contribute to develop countries profiles (electricity market overview, local electricity regulations, electricity tariffs, solar incentives…) ;
  • Ensure proper information on products is provided to team members and to HQs ;
  • Effectively forecast long, medium and short-term sales forecasts on pipeline (weekly and monthly) ;
  • Support on the development of the project/ tender preparation in coordination with the Business developer (s) and other internal stakeholders.


Activities :

You will be expected to perform the following job duties as a Business Analyst for Renewables: 

  • Support on the development of the project/ tender preparation in coordination with the Business developer (s) and other internal stakeholders ;
  • Gather and analyze all the market information, and countries profiles ;
  • Gather all project pipeline data for presentations ;
  • Suggest and support project development timeline strategies ;
  • Coordinate Investment Committees = meetings, check files, get the files on time ;
  • Support investment committees = country market information ;
  • Support in the preparation of internal committees and internal reporting ;
  • Support in ensuring compliance and sanctions due diligences are done ;
  • Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons ;
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks: Support the team with scheduling, data entry, and document management ;
  • Conduct research and analysis: Gather information and analyze data to support project development and decision-making ;
  • Collaborate with team members: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication ; 
  • Prepare reports and presentations: Create and format documents to present findings and updates to stakeholders ;
  • Learn and apply new skills: Continuously develop professional skills through training and hands-on experience ;
  • Support customer service efforts: Assist in addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly ;
  • Follow internal procedures: Adhere to company policies and protocols to ensure compliance and consistency. 


Support: 

  • Proactively organize the exchange of information with the headquarters ;
  • Understand, analyze and explain the evolution of the weekly and monthly results of the pipeline forecasting ;
  • Ensure the continuity of the business day-to-day reporting ;
  • Work on continuous improvement/simplification of processes notably via digitalization.

Perfil del candidato

Expected qualifications :
  • Engineering degree or Master degree in Business or Finance


Technical skills :
  • First experience expected in Finance/Economy or experience in business analysis would be appreciated
  • Experience in the industrial sector would be a plus
  • Understanding of business issues
  • Knowledge of finance and project economics, market research, planning and competitive intelligence. 
  • Preparation of studies and analysis to support decision-making.


Computing skills :
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PackOffice (Excel, PowerPoint)


Languages :
  • English: C1
  • French: B2
  • Arabic would be a plus
