As a Technical Support Engineer, your mains missions will be as follows :

                                 1/ Asset Management support 

o Prepare the main technical elements for the TotalEnergies Long Term Plan 

o Consolidate and assist in OPCOs production reporting and analysis 

o Coordinate the weekly tender board internal review 

o Coordinate the internal approval process of commercial and non-commercial subjects, requested by the OPCOs

o Coordinate and prepare the evidence documents for audits 

o Support the preparation of TotalEnergies HQ dossiers for the sanction of the new projects (above $80 M) 

o Assist for the day to day management of the OPCOs in terms of technical and financial approvals (e-Board system) 

o Assist in analyzing the performance of the Projects under execution 

o Assist in the review of the OPCOs Production Forecast and Business Plan 

o Assist the preparation of TotalEnergies internal Budgets and revisions

o Contribute to reporting the CO2 emissions of Assets 

o Develop CO2 emissions' reduction action plans

                                  2/ Asset Lead Support 

o Ensure proper update and track monthly progresses of all objectives through ADDAMs (Abu-Dhabi Digital Asset Management system) dedicated application 

o Assist in preparation of Asset Lead bi-monthly and quarterly performance review

Expected qualifications:

• Engineering's degree

• Knowledge in Oil and Gas environment, if possible
• Analytical skills
• Synthesis and presentation skills

• Knowledge of PackOffice : Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
