Contexto y entorno

A Green Field Project, the Tilenga field is to be found in a remote location in UGANDA near lake Albert with particular sensitive environmental conditions. A challenging project; heavy and waxy oils produced from 31 drilling pads, (with some of them located in a national park) and treated in a Production Center of 200,000bopd oil capacity and 650,000 bld of water treatment capacity. Reservoir pressure maintenance is ensured either by water injection or by polymer water injection depending on the reservoirs characteristics. The project also includes an extended interconnecting network with temperature preservation. Multicultural environment: Contractors are anticipated to be located in various parts of the world. Ugandan rules and regulations, administrative requirements and technical authorizations as well as International codes for onshore plant will apply.

Actividades

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Geoscience Manager macro-objectives on the Reservoir side by preparing complete Well SOR documentation, supporting the well operations to meet the wells objectives, maintaining history-matched reservoir simulation models, generating production profiles, providing robust reserves & resources evaluations of existing and future projects.
  • Guarantee the implementation of the Reservoir Management Plan and its Monitoring Plan and to communicate any deviation from the FDP base case evaluation.
  • Develop the Reservoir-related skills in the affiliate.
  • Recruit 4 staffs Manage-Coach, build and motivate the Reservoir team to deliver the reservoir activities of the affiliate and the Tilenga project.
  • Define the requirements for deploying an effective working environment.
  • Ensure that the key reservoir-related features defined in the Reservoir Management Plan (RMP) of Tilenga are integrated in the Well SORs and in the Basis of Design of the project. Actively follow-up the delivery of the 426 wells in the context of the drilling factory which requires quick data interpretation and reactivity.
  • Responsible for generating production profiles and reserves evaluation. In particular, prepare a technical dossier to support the first 1PSEC reserves booking of the Tilenga Project which has no analogues.
  • Guarantee a good preparation, implementation and execution of the 12-18 month Polymer Injection Pre-Development on JBR-4 pad. This encompasses the elaboration of a specific operating philosophy document and a strong collaboration within a dedicated multi-disciplinary team including personnel from vendors.
  • Validate the reservoir data analysis and their capture in T-MORE, maintain history-matched and robust reservoir simulation models for all fields by continuously integrating the latest available data and collaborating with the 2G leader and the specialists.
  • Interact with the partners and authorities when required about Reservoir matters.
  • Create interfaces for the follow-up of the Kingfisher Reservoir activities.

Perfil del candidato
