Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Marketing Americas in Santo Domingo!

As an HSE Engineer, your main tasks will be :
• Perform monthly consolidation of all HSE  reports from the Americas area.
• Produce reports and presentations according to existing models for dispatch to headquarters in Paris and to all the subsidiaries in the area.
• Consolidate all other activity reports (Societal, Environmental, CR 404 , Hygiene, Rehabilitation, etc) in the area, while respecting the required models and deadlines.
• Obtain from the subsidiaries in the area all the information necessary for the consolidation of all reports and anticipate their dispatch in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries in structuring information and preparing presentations.
• Send to TotalEnergies Headquarter all necessary non-recurring information on the HSE activities of Total Americas.
• Systematically communicate to HSE-DD managers- all directives, feedback, alerts, regulations and any other information necessary for the subsidiaries in the area.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries in the Americas to integrate and implement the HSE standards 
• Contribute to the controls of updating emergency plans, ensure site responsiveness and participate in assisting subsidiaries in the event of a crisis.
• Support the implementation of targeted Societal actions, sources of internal support and promoting the integration of subsidiaries in their local economic and social fabric.
• Contribute to the organization of trainings, webinars, awareness, seminars for HSE.
• Coordinate External Inspections to Contractors : T  Due dates, results, Inventory , etc 
• Coordinate AME Head  Office  HSE Programs including:  procedures, emergency exercises, trainings, etc.

• Guarantee that our activities are carried out with respect for the safety and security of people and property, environmental protection, customer satisfaction and the integration of our subsidiaries in their host country.
• Ensure the Americas performance in the HSE, consistent with the Group's objectives/results, to promote its development and growth.
• Foster the sustainable establishment of all of the Group's activities in an environment marked by the departure of the oil majors and the development of commercially aggressive regional operators, by strengthening TOTALENERGIES' image as a locally recognized and responsible player, in fast-growing countries where the brand is little and little known.

Perfil del candidato

Expected qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or Master degree, preferably in Health, Safety and Environment

Technical skills:
  • Knowledge + deep interest for the field of Health, Safety and Environment
  • Driving licence (mandatory)

Computing skills:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Languages:

  • English: level C1
  • French: level B2
  • Spanish : level B2
