Actividades

Retail Sales Territory Manager is in charge of the supervision and follow up of a portfolio of service stations and their dealers. Thus, you are responsible for implementing TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia S.C. policies, guidelines, and procedures. You also expected to ensure that the company Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) and Sustainable Development policies are followed in all stations, by conducting risk assessments, providing training and tools, and reporting any abnormalities. In line with Retail Strategy, you aim to create sustainable value and sales strategy for the company by increasing the volume, turnover rate, net present value (NPV) and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of White Product (WP), Lubricant, Shops Foods & Services (SFS) and other products.

You are also expected to optimize that the unit margins by promoting our brand, products, and customer services. You will have to visit the stations regularly to check that they comply with the agreed strategy for Shops, Coffee Corners, and Café Bonjours. You optimize the profit and loss of the stations to ensure a fair distribution of the value created. You monitor the Top Service performance of the stations and ensure its sustainability. You handled the dealer correspondences and confirmed their receipt. You take inventory of the equipment and fixed assets in the stations as needed. You make sure that the dealers meet the insurance, safety and legal requirements.

Perfil del candidato

Required Skills and Experience

·         3-5 years’ experience in marketing and/or sales.

·         Training in Sales or Marketing is advantageous, good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and analytic mind, reactivity, availability, curious, able to work under pressure also required.

·         Computer literate (very good knowledge of MS office including Word, Excel).

Driving license

·         A valid driving license and driving experience is required for this position.
