TotalEnergies EP Denmark is a subsidiary of TotalEnergies operating major offshore oil and gas assets in the Danish North Sea, with offices located in Esbjerg.

Within the affiliate, the Performance & Digital Transformation team plays a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting decision-making, and enhancing overall performance through data and transformation initiatives. 

In this context, we are seeking a Performance Manager to strengthen the Performance team.


Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Performance Manager, you will be actively involved in the performance management processes of the affiliate.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with operational teams to support the monthly update of performance frameworks and contracts 
  • Contributing to the cost optimization and efficiency program, including the monitoring of numerous initiatives 
  • Supporting the deployment and structuring of the Lean program 
  • Designing, developing, and improving Power BI dashboards to support business needs and KPIs 
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and identifying new performance opportunities


A Flexible and Evolving Role

This position offers strong flexibility depending on your interests and career aspirations, and provides opportunities to:

  • Contribute to the development and deployment of no-code / low-code solutions
  • Obtain a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification by leading a structuring transformation project
  • Perform advanced data analysis for business functions (safety, production, costs), using multiple data sources (SAP, PDMS, Synergi, documents, etc.)
  • Contribute to high-impact transformation projects across the affiliate

Perfil del candidato

Education

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or university
  • Strong academic background, preferably from a well-recognized university or top-tier engineering/business school
  • Specialization in performance management, data, digital transformation, or industrial engineering is appreciated


Preferred Experience

  • Initial experience (internship, apprenticeship, or fixed-term contract) in:
    • performance management, controlling, or KPI monitoring
    • transformation, continuous improvement, or operational excellence
    • data analysis or digital projects
  • Experience in project management (planning, coordination, progress tracking)
  • Exposure to an industrial environment, ideally in Oil & Gas or energy, is a plus


Technical Skills

  • Good understanding of operational performance and cost optimization challenges
  • Interest in technical environments and understanding of Oil & Gas business activities
  • Ability to structure, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources
  • Experience or interest in:
    • cross-functional project management
    • leading continuous improvement initiatives
    • Lean methodologies / operational excellence


IT & Data Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong Power BI skills (data modeling, dashboard creation, data visualization)
  • Knowledge of Python


Languages

  • English: C1 level (international work environment)
  • French: B2 level
